It is a Tuesday and the team of Educating for Life is having a meeting to plan the upcoming activities for the rest of the semester. Most of their upcoming activities include another famous donut sale in the student center of Harding University and a social gathering.
In the middle of the meeting, Edgar Navas, president of EFL takes a minute to read a few letters that the children send to the team as a way of gratefulness.
"I just want to take a minute to read one of the reasons why we do this," Navas said. "I know we all have homework to do, presentations, tests, but this is what will motivate us."

The letter says:
"Students from Harding University,
Thanks to you I am starting one more year of school. Counting on your support I have a better nutrition in the nutrition of my community. May God bless you and that everything you do will be a success."
